Ever since I was a child, the power of touch has been my way of connecting and caring for others. One of my earliest memories is giving my father shoulder rubs after long days work. I’ll never forget how something so simple could bring him real relief and peace. That feeling, knowing I could help someone feel better with my hands, sparked a lifelong passion for healing.

Today, I carry that same heartfelt intention into every session. Whether you're recovering from a tough workout, managing chronic tension, or just needing to unwind, I’m here to provide a space where you can feel supported, seen, and truly cared for.

and bring trained hands-on experience to every client I work with. Alongside my work in massage therapy, I’m also a co-owner and trainer at PDX Fitness, where I help people reconnect with their strength and movement from the inside out.
